Question by liveyourlife: How long do i wait until i can change a earring on my cartilage? i got my cartilage pierced like 3 weeks ago. and at first it hurt but i cant even feel it now. I sleep on it, i hit and i don't feel any pain or anything. I was going to change my earring soon. can I? Best answer:

you're supposed to wait 8 to 12 weeks. I changed mine right when it got to 8 weeks and it was fine. It would probably be fine to change it soon, but I didn't want to risk it with mine.
